By accessing or using the Hindu Matrimonial USA ("HMUSA") website or registering for our events, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our services are intended for adults (18 years or older) who are legally single and seeking a life partner within the Hindu, Jain, or Sikh community. Individual events may have additional age or eligibility requirements published on the event page.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Do not misrepresent your identity, marital status, or personal details.
• Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other attendees or volunteers.
• Do not use the site or our services for commercial solicitation, spam, or unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the site or its data.

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, volunteers, and venue staff. HMUSA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to the spirit of our events, without refund.

Event fees and donations are processed by third-party payment providers. Refund policies are published on each event page. Charitable donations to HMUSA (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit) may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to HMUSA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

If you submit content (such as testimonials or photos), you grant HMUSA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our nonprofit activities. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

HMUSA facilitates in-person matrimonial events; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, match, or relationship. The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMUSA and its volunteers, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, participation in our events, or interactions with other attendees.

You agree to indemnify and hold HMUSA harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
