1. Program Description
Hindu Matrimonial USA ("HMUSA") operates an SMS/text messaging program to send registration confirmations, event reminders, venue and schedule updates, and other important information related to our matrimonial events for Hindu, Jain, and Sikh singles across the USA and Europe.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive text messages from HMUSA by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting through one of the following:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our event registration form.
- Submitting your mobile number on our contact form with the SMS opt-in box selected.
- Texting a keyword to a HMUSA number where offered.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system from HMUSA. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or event registration.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and upcoming events.

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
5. Opt Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send "STOP", we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

7. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
