These SMS Terms apply to Hindu Matrimonial USA ("HMUSA"), a DBA of Mt. Kailash Foundation Inc. HMUSA operates an SMS/text messaging program to send registration confirmations, event reminders, venue and schedule updates, and other important information related to our matrimonial events for Hindu, Jain, and Sikh singles across the USA and Europe.
2. How to Opt In
Customers may opt in by:
- Completing the Contact Form on our website and selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
- Providing explicit verbal consent during a customer-initiated phone call with our AI phone assistant.
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system from HMUSA. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or event registration.
