Who Can Attend
HM USA events are open to unmarried adults of Hindu heritage looking to meet compatible life partners. Parents and family members are welcome to accompany registered attendees.
Yes. Attendees must be 21 years or older. Some events may have specific age brackets; please review the individual event page for details.
Absolutely. Many of our attendees travel from Canada, the UK, India, and elsewhere. HM Europe events are also open to residents worldwide.
Event Information
Most events run from morning through evening (approximately 8-10 hours) with structured mixers, group activities, and open networking time.
Each event includes an opening welcome, ice-breaker rounds, one-on-one interactions, group discussions, cultural activities, and a networking lunch or dinner.
Yes. Vegetarian meals and refreshments are included in your registration for full-day events. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.
Dress Code
Traditional Indian attire or smart-casual western wear is recommended. Please dress modestly and comfortably — you will be on your feet and interacting throughout the day.
Smart, well-fitted denim is acceptable for casual segments, but we encourage you to dress up for the main mixer sessions to make a strong first impression.
Hindu Matrimonial USA Event App
Yes. Registered attendees receive access to the HM USA event app before the event, which includes attendee profiles, schedules, and post-event connection tools.
After you register, we email you an invitation link and instructions. The app is available on both iOS and Android.
Your profile is visible only to other verified event attendees. You control what you share and can hide or edit your profile at any time.
Registration & Payments
Visit the event page for the city you want to attend and click Register. You will be guided through profile creation, ticket selection, and payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Zelle and Venmo are also accepted for USA events on request.
Registrations are refundable up to 14 days before the event date, minus a processing fee. Within 14 days, the ticket can be transferred to a future event.
Travel & Logistics
We usually partner with a nearby hotel and share discounted room-block links with registered attendees a few weeks before the event.
Yes. Complimentary or validated parking is available at all our USA venues. Please check the event page for venue-specific details.
Airport pickup is not included, but the venue and partner hotels are typically 15-30 minutes from a major airport with easy ride-share access.
