HMUSA events are open to legally single men and women of Hindu heritage between age 25 and 45 can participate from any part of the world. Please check the webpage of the city for specific requirements.

We try to limit our event to approximately 150 participants and we will try our best to have a 1:1 ratio of men to women. The total candidate number will vary. The registrations will continue until the cut-off date. We recommend that you register as early as possible. We routinely block registrations of various ages and genders when we see imbalance in registrations. This is done to provide a satisfying experience to attendees. So do not delay and risk being left out. Early registration has other benefits as well, such as, discounted registration fee, better airline fare, hotel room availability at discounted room rate at recommended hotel, etc.

Average age varies depending upon enrollment. We try our best to have have balanced enrollments in each age bracket.

Absolutely. Many of our attendees travel from Canada, the UK, India, and elsewhere. Hindu Matrimonial events are open to residents worldwide. *We do not provide visas ,travel documents, or cost of travel*

No. Parents, friends, relatives, or substitutes are not allowed in the hall. They are welcome to enjoy their time in the city while the candidate participates in the event.

Some events span both, Friday evening and Saturday all day. Most events are for Saturdays only. Please check the details for your preferred city event. We understand that coordinating work and travel schedules is difficult, but we highly recommend attending both days where and when arranged, to get the most out of the event. Both days are formatted differently to allow everyone to meet others in a structured, yet relaxed, and fun atmosphere. Attending both days will give you a better understanding and more opportunities to meet the candidates. Access to any materials or information about the other candidates is only available upon arrival and checking-in at the welcome desk. Please be there on-time to benefit the most from the event.

Yes. Vegetarian meals and refreshments are included in your registration for the full-day events. Typically, the event includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.

Typically, one day events will be from morning 8:30am through evening 10pm. The events will include structured one to one mixers, group fun activities, open networking time, DJ music, breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.

Each event typically includes an opening welcome, ice-breaker rounds, one-on-one interactions, group discussions, DJ music,, and networking lunch snacks and dinner.

You get only once chance to make the 1st impression! So, dress well. During the day, dress business casual. Smart casual western wear or Indian attire is recommended. Choose comfortable, elegant clothing suitable for a full day of networking and social activities. For the evening, we recommend dress-to-impress attire. Sarees, salwar suits, sherwanis, blazers, formal shirts, 2-piece suits, or Indo-western attire are all welcome. Wear an outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable. *No shorts and flip flops are allowed at the event*

Smart, well-fitted denim is acceptable for casual segments, but we encourage you to dress up more formal for the main mixer sessions in the evening to make a great impression.

Once you have registered online, you will receive a link and a unique password to download and access the HMUSA app. You will be able to add photos and information about yourself so that the potential soulmate of the opposite gender can learn about you, and ‘search’ you out. Once you arrive at the venue and check-in at the welcome desk, the interactive features of the app will be activated. The same app will give you access to information on the candidates of the opposite gender who have also arrived at the event so you can learn about them. Please be sure to upload as much information about you in the app, and your photos, that you would like to share, prior to arriving and during the event. Please note, we do NOT share your email or phone number in the App.

Your profile is visible only to other event attendees. You control what information you wish to share on your profile. You can hide or edit your profile at any time. We do not sell or share registrants' registered information with anyone outside the Hindu Matrimonial USA organization. Only a limited number of select volunteers of our organization have the access to registrants' information for logistics, analysis, and communications purposes.

We accept payment by credit card. Please click on Register button for full information on time-based registration fee tiers, and payment methods.

Registrations are fully refundable minus credit card processing fee, up to 45 days before the event date. 50% of the fee, minus the credit card processing fee, will be refunded if canceled 30 days before the event date. There will be no refund for canceling within 30 days of the event. The registration or the fee cannot be transferred to another participant or to a future event.

We routinely block certain sub-age groups and genders to maintain a balance in male and female ratios. The block is released when the ratio improves. Those who are blocked and cannot register will be placed on a Waiting List. As the male to female ratio improves, we will ask candidates on the Waiting List first to see if they would like to register and pay the registration fee, before releasing the block for others to register. You do not have to pay the registration fee to be placed on the Waiting List. We strongly recommend registering early to avoid disappointment of being blocked from registering.

We are a non-profit charitable organization entirely run by volunteers dedicated to year-round service to the community. Registration fee pays for the venue rental, furniture and equipment rental, decorations, DJ, breakfast, lunch, dinners, and refreshments. As you can read in the testimonials, you can focus on finding your life partner and we'll take care of the rest.

Mt. Kailash Foundation Inc., a not-for-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization provides community service as Hindu Matrimonial USA. It is a 100% volunteer-run organization.

Attendance is mandatory to access profiles on the HMUSA app and receive any candidate info. You cannot send a parent/sibling/friend or anyone else in your place. A current, government issued legal photo ID that matches registrant's information is needed to participate in the event.

No. The entire event will have live interactive HMUSA app experience where attendees will be able to see details of participants of opposite gender. You will be able to see profiles of opposite genders as they arrive and check in at the welcome desk.

Candidates who are Hindu, Jain or Sikh are welcome to register for the event. There will be no religious activities during the program. You do not have to be a strict practicing member of any of the listed faiths as long as you are a believer of and identify yourself from these three faiths.

There will be areas such as rooms or bathrooms available for changing clothes.

Airport pickup is not included, but the venue and partner hotels are typically 15-30 minutes from a major airport with easy ride-share access. Some hotels do offer an airport pickup.

We usually partner with a nearby hotel and share discounted room-block links with your registration confirmation email.

Yes. Most often complimentary or validated parking is available at all our USA venues. Please check the event page for venue-specific details.

We typically do not include transportation to and from the hotel in the registration fee. Please check the details for your preferred city event to see if transportation is included.

Yes, you can park your travel bag in the hall. The organizers will suggest a corner or a room. We can't take responsibility for it.

One time Referral bonus of $25.00 is available when you have first registered for the event, and you refer someone of the opposite gender than yours. Next, your referred friend will need to provide your name as a referrer when registering. Finally, both of you have to attend the event. We will issue the bonus of $25.00 to each of you. It is necessary that both must attend the event. Please refer as many friends as you wish, but the bonus is available only one time. Your referral bonus will be paid at the event or credited back to your payment method within 3-4 weeks.

We are committed to the health and safety of all participants and team members. We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable matrimonial event. If mandated by the governmental authorities, candidates should attest that they meet health/pandemic related requirements.
